Subtle differences in bead placement and finishing can occur from one individually finished cap to another.
Handle beadwork with care and avoid pulling or snagging. Spot clean gently with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth as appropriate for the material. Avoid machine washing and prolonged moisture. Store in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Because each piece is finished individually, slight differences in bead placement, colour, texture and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days. Typical transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders to the United States and Canada. Shipping charges may apply elsewhere. Customers outside the United States are responsible for applicable duties or import charges. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, and cancellation or modification requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
